Wendy's place is a very clean, beautiful home that is conveniently located to pretty much everything that you can think of. There was a washer dryer in the unit which was an amazing amenity to have as well as a full kitchen and Alexa speaker to unwind with while enjoying a few glasses of wine. I wasn't able to enjoy the outdoor sitting area as it was too cold but believe me the guesthouse and overall property is gorgeous! Not to mention, easy communication and check in instructions were super easy and thorough. Any time that I am back in LA for work, I will definitely be staying here! Thank you again for a great stay Wendy!

My husband and I spent a week at Wendy’s place and were very pleased. The space was very clean with a nice kitchen area and spacious living space. The area was walkable to shops and various places to eat as well as grocery stores. We would highly recommend her place and would consider staying there again if we were to travel to that area again. Thank you Wendy for making out CA Christmas comfortable.

Recently my friend and I spent two and a half amazing weeks staying at Wendy's place in Sherman Oaks. We stepped one foot into the home and fell in love. The clean modern decor was lovely. The kitchen was very useful, as we cooked a few meals there in the evenings as well as breakfast every day. The king size bed was so comfy and big enough for us to share. The apt is also walking distance to Van Nuys and Ventura boulevards, a Westfield shopping center and lots of restaurants in the area. Wendy was a lovely host and helpful with any questions we had...she also has the cutest dog. I highly recommend staying at Wendy's rental.
